Restore Deleted Tasks
You delete a task. Ten minutes later, you realize that you still need it. With Weekrise, that's not a problem. We keep deleted tasks for two weeks.
To restore a deleted tasks:
- Visit your team's settings
- Click on "Calendars and Boards"
- Select the task's board or calendar
- You should see your task under "Deleted Tasks"
- Click on restore to restore it
Dark Theme
Come to the dark side, with our dark theme. By default, Weekrise will synchronize with the theme settings on your computer. But you can also change the theme in the settings:
- Open a calendar
- Click on the three dots in the top-right corner and select "Settings"
- Under Theme, click the three dots and select the theme you want
Hide/Show the Projects Panel
Sometimes, you might not need your projects on the bottom of the screen. To hide the projects panel in Weekrise, click on "Hide Projects" above your projects. To show them again, click on "Show Projects" on the bottom of the screen.
Archive Projects
You can archive projects to hide them from your calendar. To archive or unarchive a project, follow these steps:
- Make sure the projects panel is open
- Click on the three dots next to "Create Project" in the project panel header.
- Select "Manage Projects"
- Click on "Archive" or "Unarchive" to show or hide your projects.
Reorder Projects
You might want to order the projects in the project panel in a specific order. Weekrise has got you covered. To change the order:
- Make sure the projects panel is open
- Click on the three dots next to "Create Project" in the project panel header.
- Select "Manage Projects"
- Use the up and down arrows to reorder your projects
Prevent Task-Editor from Opening
By default, we open the task-editor when you create a new task. Sometimes, you might not want this to happen. You can prevent the task editor from opening if you hold the shift key on your keyboard and then press "Enter".
